Now Hiring - Listing Manager in Burlingame, CA

Seeking a talented individual with professional experience who is looking for a high-level client management role.

Our real estate team is one of the top in the country. In the last 10 years, we've sold over $1 billion worth of real estate in the Bay Area. We serve over 100 clients every year, and are looking to increase our production. We work with high level clients from the $1 million - $10 million range and are seeking a professional, talented, and hard-working leader to own communication and service to our clients who choose us to sell their home with us. This role includes, but is not limited to:

• Overseeing the preparation of properties to go on the market
• High level client service and process management
• High level client written and verbal communication
• Finding, vetting, and managing vendors
• On-site visits to properties for quality control across the Bay Area
• Rapid and creative problem solving
• High level communication with other team members
• Proficient use of the computer, and high-comfort with learning new systems
• Advertising and Marketing listings effectively through social media and online real estate tools
• Mandarin language proficiency is a huge plus, but not required

Listing Manager is a highly dynamic and rewarding position. This person must be comfortable learning by doing, and be an extremely effective pro-active problem solver. This person is technologically savvy, is adept at picking up new systems and programs quickly, and is excellent at prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks at once. This person is comfortable at thinking fast on their feet and feels happiest in a rewarding highly-structured role focused on working with others. This person is a fantastic communicator, both verbally and in writing, and has an eye for design.
